6-2-26     THOUGHTS

What is “GOOD”,  comes from our God!  The action that brought us LIFE came through His Word of Truth.  The WORD was in the beginning, and HE was God’s Son!  We are a kind of first fruits.  God’s  merciful love and grace made us alive in Christ when we were dead in our sin.  Talk about the “PERFECT GIFT”, thank You God!  

Jas 1:16-18   Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren.  17  Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow. 18  In the exercise of His will He brought us forth by the word of truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits among His creatures.
Eph 2:4-5    But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,  5  even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

Our Prayer:
Father God, thank You or the perfect gift of Christ Jesus.  You brought us forth by the Word of Truth, You saved us by Your grace and mercy and love.  We thank You, O Father,  and give You honor and praise, and glorify Your great name.  You have given us Life in Christ Jesus, awaken that life within us to serve You with our whole being.  In the name of our Lord and Savior,   Amen.
